There is no directly fashion to convert 32-chip Windows 10 into 64-chip Windows ten, unless yous make clean install of 64-bit Windows 10 by formatting 32-bit Windows 10.

Switching to 64 scrap is only possible through a make clean install, which would remove all of your applications. It is only recommended if your device >4GBs of RAM,

The only way to go from the 32bit version of Windows 10 to that 64bit is to clean install the 64bit version

That will mean you would have to fill-in your data, re-install Windows, restore your data and re-install all 3rd party applications . . .

Yous can reinstall Windows 10 at any time and it will not cost you anything !

Since yous previously had Windows 10 installed and activated on that PC during the installation procedure skip the steps which inquire for a product key and select the choice 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC', and activation will not be an upshot, your PC will have a digital entitlement stored on the Microsoft Activation Servers

1. Making Sure Windows ten 64-flake is Compatible With Your PC
Press Windows key + I from keyboard.
Click on Organisation.
Click on About.
Check the system type, if information technology says: 32-flake operating system, x64-based processor then your PC is running a 32-bit version of Windows 10 on a 64-bit processor. If it says 32-bit operating system, x86-based processor , then your computer doesn't back up Windows 10 64-flake version.

two. Creating a Windows 10 Installation Media
Connect a USB bulldoze to your organisation, the USB media must have at to the lowest degree four GB free infinite.
Visit Microsoft's Windows 10 download page.
