Thanks the link brash me equally I was on Windows 10 and this was for Windows 8 it was the wrong communication, or like wording.
What I am needing to know what controls where incoming files go filed which I browse them to my lap top and to which binder they go into. I would similar them all to go into Scanned Document folder just needing guidance how and where to I make these changes as currently the are going into a very obscure binder.

- Do let us know the model of your scanner?
- Are you using any awarding software for scanning the documents (Third-political party application/ Scan app/ software from the scanner manufacturer)?
I would like to inform that, if you are using the Browse app to scan the documents so past default those files will exist saved nether My Documents in File Explorer.
If you lot are using any other software, at that place would be an option to scan the files while scanning.
